Any help finding a parts list and parts breakdown would be greatly appreciated
This pump is on a Allis Chalmers D17 series 4 tractor.
The crack shown in the picture will allow fluid to gush out thru the crack

An unfortunately common problem with that pump (and on the 170's with the side mount pump). I have to confess I haven't been around a D17 in years, but I believe that's a pic from a series IV pump. If so, the part number is 70251804, and looks like it might even still be available from Agco. That's assuming it's a Series IV with the side-mount pump, and not one of the the earlier aux pumps that mounted in the same spot on the earlier series (that pic looks like the series IV pump to me).

Or you could have one made: A friend's father needed one for a 170, so he just took the old one off, clamped the crack together and put a spot of weld on it so it would hold while he measured it up accurately, and had a machine shop make a new one. Worked just dandy. He made the outside diameter just a little larger so it would be a little stronger henceforth, though I'm not sure if that's necessary: I suspect when they crack it's usually from something getting jammed between the gears; if that plate didn't crack, something more valuable and harder to replace probably would have instead.

The Agco parts books are a good first step to seeing how it goes together. Not much to those pumps; I don't think you'll have any issues. Here's a link to the page showing the breakdown of the Series IV pump:

They crack when deadheaded and no or not enough relief.
