got all the electrical parts except the resister to make the fast wrap work, hopefully. part number is 529761. and there is a mica washer on top of it 529765.  I have to believe it isn't a specially made resister. Numbers off an old one are ohmite 43386 1(upside down horseshoe) +_ 5% Y-50.

That a 1 ohm ,

A picture will sure help nail down a perfect part for you.

Remember that the fast wrap and #10 balers were made to be compatible with a 6 volt tractor. In one of my baler manuals I seem to remember reading something about what was needed to change for a 12 volt tractor.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

It is a resistor toggle switch. Found one of them but it is in one of those cool old cardboard round containers. Need to figure how to get it out without destroying the container

Love those old cardboard cylinders, I even have an Allis Chalmers hand cleaner cardboard cylinder.
Sorry for getting off topic but I was starting to think I was the only one who cared…
