Anything other than the check valve between the manifold and valve stack that causes the 3 point arms to settle on a D19. Thank you.

Leaking seals on the lift cylinders.

As my local John Deere dealer used to say about lift arms drifting down:  As long as you do not sleep under the cultivator, you will be fine.

I will check out the cylinders,good point to not sleep under a cultivator 👍
