For what it’s worth, I should have initially copied this illiteracy rate per State link because it surprising. My wife just happened to have such a “Reeses Pumpkin” in her purse. So we read its packaging & it is clearly labeled. But if someone was illiterate, then at least they’d know from package picture what they were buying. Hershey also makes 4 versions of similar sized peanut-butter fall candies; chocolate pumpkin, white chocolate ghost, chocolate bat, & chocolate football. Make the ones who sued them pay Hershey's lawyer bills when Hershey's are cleared. Lawyers included! May make them think before such lawsuits. Makes me remember a joke about what you call 100 thousand Lawyers under the sea? A good start...Harvey |

With the Judges and Courts we have today... they may have a 50- 50 chance.... Sad, but true. Judge should throw it out BEFORE it even begins. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

It boils down to common sense isn't common anymore. If the attorneys can get it to a jury the amount awarded is anyone's guess. Get the wrong jury and they may go off the charts b ------------- Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God. |

I had a watch and the pieces inside were NOT the ones shown on the wrapper so..... the judge/jury should favor the woman ( 'product NOT as advertised', 'false advertising') though she (her lawyers) shouldn't get 5 million though... ------------- 3 D-14s,A-C forklift, B-112 Kubota BX23S lil' TOOT( The Other Orange Tractor) Never burn your bridges, unless you can walk on water |

I've always said that a judge should look at the lawyer and say,,,,,,if you EVER come into my court with another frivolous suit like this, you will be disbarred.
