Hello
We have had this dash panel laying on shelf and never paid much attention to it. The other day thought to see what it fit. There’s a part number stamped in paint of 242768. Numerical book says panel fits H3,HD3,D15. So look in D15 parts book. For the dash it lists 231712 prior sr no9001. And 237841 for sr no 9001 an up. Those numbers in numerical book. 231712 says use 237841 and that number says use 242766 which says panel assy fits D15.
Ok looked in agco parts book in D15 book. Lists dash as 242766. In agco book under 242768 it’s pointing to the Crome covering in center sayin trim panel prior to sr no 9001.

Here’s the panel. And what we thought was odd if fitting D15 is no cut out for steering shaft at top.

The "list" of models that A-C parts would fit certainly had plenty of inaccuracy's over the years. There were many parts that could have interchanged between the H-3/HD-3 and a D-15, but this wasn't one of them.  I'll bet you are the holder of the one and only brand new instrument panel to fit an H/HD-3 tractor.

might be for the 'stand alone' engine unit ? Whatever they're really called....
I've seen them in the D-14 parts book
