My 185 has 18.4 X 30’s and I have a set of one piece Taylor weights to put on it. Will the bull gear housings keep me from installing the weight bolts or do I have to pull the wheel center off? TIA.

Not sure what taylor weights are but I think you can get bolts in if wheel is in right spot.  Also the width of wheel setting just to reach in there.

Spin out rims? If so spin them out and then you should definitely be able to get them on.

Yes it has spin outs. I’ll check it out more closely. I’ll probably yank the bull gear pans and change the gear oil. That should give me more clearance. Thanks.

Even spun all the way out I had to remove the tires/wheels on my D 17 to change the oil and replace the gasket.

Well if push comes to shove I’ll block her up and buzz the tire/wheel/center off and lay it down and mount up the weight and then yank the pans off. Sounds like a winter job in the shop is on the agenda. Thanks
