Changing oils in my d19.Book says 5 1/2 gal for P/D hyd.Have only 4 gal in it and shows over full. (1 1/2" over the after sitting mark ).Should take another gallon and a half. Oil maybe doesn't seem to want to flow to the hyd compartment.What am I missing here?Both the pump sump and the P/D plugs were pulled when drained.

Pretty common issue. Leave the dipstick loose and let it sit overnite. Add some more in the AM if it will take any. Start engine and let it IDLE for a minute or two and that will help the oil work towards the front compartment. Re-check several times.
