My tape read with my old eyes that a
WC - WD45             19 -1/4”
D15 series II             19 -1/4”
200                           20 -1/2”

Well, I would like to have the frame measurements from all of the different series. Obviously a D 10 should be less than a D 21. The 160 versus a 220. Etc.

I really want to know the difference of a 170 versus the 200.

170/175 side frame width same as D-15/17/19. Beginning with the 180 thru 7000 had what I call a 3/4" dog leg on each side frame at the bell housing area.

Thank you good Doctor. I would like to talk with you sometime about the differences in 426 engines. 3500, 3750, 670T, 670I and the biggest and meanest, the 670HI. But it is late. Another time.

How do you tell one 'accurate ruler' from another ?

Is it the size of the numbers or the width of the 'markings'?
