I have a CA that didn't have a spring on both the choke control and the carburetor link from the governor. I have the springs but need some help with where both ends connect.  I know where the choke spring connects to the carb, but need to know where the other end connects. I know where the spring connects to the hole in the carb link, but need to know where the other end connects. I looked through my Operators, Parts and Service Manuals but didn't see this information. Thanks.

I don’t know on the choke, but the big end of the anti-surge spring hooks on a manifold stud.

The anti surge spring goes up to one of the manifold studs closer to the front of the tractor.  I thought I had a picture, but I was wrong...
