I had to get a new one, ordered it from Amazon about 10:00 pm last night. It showed up this afternoon about 3:00. Looks exactly like the old 1 but the new 1 works.

yep, some of the buttons on the old one quit working so I went to one of the electronic stores and bought one... and it works... all the buttons.

I take mine apart every 3-4 months, clean the gorf off the rubbery keypad and alcohol swap the PCB.....

30 years ago my x wife got posession of the tv. Havent had one since. Remote problems solved

weak batteries also cause spotty operation.
