i assume the -8 means the year of manufacture.... if 8 is a 1946, then 3 might be a 1941 date... so the FIRST one was about 1939 ....... that lines up with the WC. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

It definitely has a three on the end. The center circle is smooth. Going back to what Dr. allis question whether it was splined or not. So the consensus is probably a WC? Thanks
