Was getting ready for hay season only to discover that there’s oil in the radiator, no antifreeze in the motor. Drained the radiator into a bucket and let it separate, and it now has a thin layer of oil in it. Checked the oil cooler for pin holes but haven’t found one.

Likely the oil cooler. So, why don't you disconnect the two water hoses to the oil cooler and plug them. Operate the tractor without the oil cooler connected to coolant for a while. I'll bet you'll see oil coming out of the coolant nipples on the cooler. Run engine at full throttle sitting still.
