Why is it so difficult to view the Parts Books ?
In the past, before the most recent changes, it seemed easy to navigate.
I've been on the site since and somehow managed to get to where I wanted.
But, now I can't get to the "Parts Book" needed.
Here's where I get to by choosing from the menus shown ......

and then pfft !!, nothing
The View Parts Book Q button doesn't do anything.
Any suggestions ?

Gatz I have the same problem, and my browser is Firefox too. Thought that was the answer till I read Joe's post. Joe are you allowing Firefox to access that say thru the control panel. But you know I can't use Firefox to do Medicare etc, won't work.

Accessed using Chrome, no problems

Don't know what it is about Firefox; it was a problem one other time on something else that I can't recall now, but was solved when switching to Chrome.

If Joe gets it to work in Firefox, maybe we've got something not set quite right.
Firefox can be complicated sometimes as far as setting go.

Click the "Model" tab on that screen and then you can simply type in the model you are looking for.  I use Firefox on my desktop and phone with zero issues.
