I have a Delco starter bendix with 10 teeth and another with 14. Is either one correct for a B or C? Was there a change in the starter for the B for different production years. Thanks Bob

10 tooth might be a D10-14 starter. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

D-14 has two versions original 6 volt tractor(has brush cover band on starter ) had 10 ? 12 volt , no band , has 9 I may be wrong, well probably, still thinking about the corn field... They have different ring gears !!! Yeah I found THAT out..... I got one that has 12-1/2...  ------------- Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest. |
