Where is the detent on the seasonal disconnect located?

Seasonal disconnect does not stay engaged (rod slips). I am unable to find in parts book diagrams.

Thank you, sir! Do you know if this spring and ball is held in by the pressure from the safety bracket screws. In other words, can I loosen those screws and slide the spring and ball in? I am trying to avoid dropping the paddle off the pto coupler.
