It seems to me that for the last 20 years or so, replacement finger guard quality has really gone downhill. My brother likes to dabble in 3D printing, so we decided to print some new ones out of all the different materials he had on hand. We ended up with 11 different types of material. I 3D printed the series 3 tear drop reel bushings out of nylon 3 years ago for the 313 and 316 heads we have. Still tight as the day they were installed. Also the header height sensor plastic pieces out of PETG. For the auger beater bushings something with high impact resistance would be best like a high durometer TPU. Shore 90D or higher.
