Not much media coverage on this one.  30-36 inches of snow in ND & Montana.  Has to be awful for anyone with cattle or livestock.  Has anyone heard from any contacts there?

Many had warning early so could get herds where could attend, different than many years have been.  Renter has packed up a great deal of extra bales from this soft winter we had onto trucks headed north, just typical helping hands.

We were lucky, SE ND little or no snow, NW ND got 3 feet, had some warning but if you have a few hundred cows it is just about impossible to house them all.  If you are lucky you only lose a few.  Saw on news tonight dairy farmers dumping milk cause the milk trucks could not get there.

Just their luck, the Minot area got another 10+ inches of snow again today.
