Found this inside an old truck repair manual. Can’t make out the first name or the service manager’s name. A google search of “Wilkerson” and “Allis Chalmers” only turned up a Roy Wilkerson. Printed on heavy paper. Paid $1.00 for it, plan on framing it and put it with my other Allis Chalmers stuff.
