how much over the full line should i be running my 190. it has a coupler in it with no hydraulics

For pulling?? the higher the better, to flood the differential gears. Use light weight (HyGuard/HyTran/821XL/Permatran) oil, not 80/90 wt.  Oil level can be as high as half-way submerging the top shaft in the transmission and then that will have the differential half submerged too.  Needling the differential is a good thing.

as to the front end - if you have no PD clutch - many take out the torque housing gears and put in sealed bearings so one needs no oil - IF you still have the torque housing gears we put oil jugs in bottom of center housing and foam to cut down on amount of oil needed -but you have to keep those cone/cup needle brgs in the front housing wet... about normal on RH dipstick...

differential gears have been needled was told by them to run mystik synthetic.

I drilled and taped a drain plug on the circle plate on side of torque housing just about even with clutch main shaft. I keep filling until oil comes out. Takes a bit of time to get oil there.
