Help! So I bought all new exhaust gaskets for my WD-45 manifold and the outer two that are shaped uniquely square on the top and bottom are not wide enough the metal part is not wide enough to fit over the manifold I need ones that are one and a quarter inch wide at the top and the bottom of the square part. Can anyone help me? 🤔😂. As always Thank Y’all. Dana

Spread them out and put them on or do dome grinding on manifold. Probably a after market manifold.                         MACK

I thought spreading them out will leave areas with no metal to hold the gaskets in place and will eventually erode out the gaskets and leak exhaust? I was hoping where to buy correct fitting ‘square end’ metal gaskets. Yes CHINA is stamped on the back side.

The problem is not the gaskets being wrong, the problem is the way the manifold is cast. Listen to Mack....... If spreading the gaskets will not work, grind the sides of the manifold down until the gaskets will fit.
