I’m ready for it, forgot the extend of work to remove my sickle mower, the drive, install snow thrower mount, hitch it up. Install the chains, I’m beat. Time for a nap lol

Back when I was switching between mower deck and snowblower on my 620, I finally got a Harbor Freight 4 caster dolly base. Works very well to drop snowblower on so I didn't have to lift (ugh) to hook up. Just shimmed up where I needed to on dolly base, and screwed shims onto base. Used my floor jack to wheel front bracket into position.
Those attachments are so heavy, an old guy like me couldn't lift them anymore. Didn't have a problem lifting those many years ago after I purchased. lol.

I sold the snowblower from mine last week. I had it close to 10 years and never used it. I put it on the 620 to take to the show one year. That heavy snowblower on the front really does make steering a chore! Probably explains why so many of these tractors have sloppy steering boxes!

Rob, That thing looks awesome with that setup! Even sideways! I have the same snowblower setup for my 620 and MacVette is right. Them damn things are heavy man!! The couple times I moved mine around was with a large hand truck, and being the hand truck had rubber tires on it, they squished when you tilted it back. Holy crap, I was shot after moving that around! I hear they do throw the snow though......! We got a couple inches on the ground here this evening so far. Still snowin' pretty good yet... Steve@B&B

I also have mine on one of those exact dolly’s and yes it sure does help. Tire pressure was down on one side so it was difficult getting that pin in until I put 3 lbs of air in the front tire. Yes it does have the power rotating chute which makes it nice when fighting the wind. Worked well in the 8” snow plus a 1/4” of ice on top. Ole girl has 1,100 plus hours and she doesn’t have the power she once had. But the combo did well. It’s been a few years since I’ve used the snow thrower. Haven’t had enough snow to put it on. A cab would have made it much nicer. I agree about the weight, that’s probably why my steering is so sloppy.

Steve, they can throw a dry snow about 40’. I was only getting about 25’. My mixture screw is off some when under load so I wasn’t getting full rpm.

Rob, 25' ain't nothin' to sneeze at either especially with ice on top! We had 3" of slush here. Ugh! I call it heart attack snow. I used my HT Honda with plow to push the slop around. What a mess! The Honda is bit on the light side. Now its like concrete...... LOL! I think I'm gonna havta' put that other 716H together I have. I gotta' spare plow setup for that to. Projects, projects. Well, keeps me busy, and keeps the brain workin'.... Steve@B&B

Probably could have pushed it with my blade that I have on my 4x4 four wheeler quicker but what fun would that be? The only way I can justify my toys is to use them! I feel that way and my wife can’t say you buy that stuff and never use it! I can honestly say I use every piece I have at some point. I do have a new to me SC 2 bottom plow and SC blade that I need to break in with my WD. But I’ve only had them about 6 months lol. Got them at a great price but they need to earn their keep. Mmmmm should put the blade on my WD to push snow! I will put that on tomorrow, snow isn’t over yet.

Steve if you do plan to use yours make sure you have chains. As said above, the thrower is heavy which takes some weight off the rear. Ordered my chains out of NC the same year I first used it. Without them, it’s pretty useless. I found out the hard way. Got them within a week just in time for the next snow.
