The hydraulic pump on my D-19 seems to, for the lack of better word, rattle whenever the clutch is out. Rollers bad? Can followers? | Make sure all your control levers are in the neutral position if one is in detent it will put the pump in bypass and rattle |

| All D-19's make some noise when the foot clutch is released. Your issue is figuring out if the noise is normal or louder than normal. How is the pumps performance ?? A bad roller on a cam follower eventually ruins the clutch shaft. It wouldn't take a lot of work to drop the pump out of the belly and inspect all four rollers and their pins to know for sure. |
