My clutch is at the very top of the pedal... the last inch. Is there any way to adjust it down? Or is it telling me there is a new clutch in my future.

Adjust at lower end of cable it has holes in cable

If I loosen the cable will the engagement move to the middle of the pedal? I'll probably have to increase the spring tension to hold the pedal up?
