The battery box on my CA measures the same as the battery box on my WD45. Are they the same? Any different mounting brackets needed? Thanks in advance for your help.

Not the same they both mount differently. CA has 4 tabs on the bottom of the box that bolts to the sides of the torque tube.

Nope not the same, and don't be surprised if the replacement you get has to be modified a little bit because the tabs won't match up to your tractor mounts.
