Well we got around 7 inches of snow here Tuesday in Greenwood, NE so the D17 got to move a little snow today. It was fun. Tom

I was wondering about putting a blade on the D17 too. But I dont have chains for it. Not sure how well it would do with out them. Its a ton heavier. Still using the Jubilee to do most of the work! That looks a lot like around here. I here we are to get some additional 'pretty' in the near future too. Might be some Lake Effect in there too! Chris, Without tire chains the my D17 was worthless. I have a little hill on my property. Last year I had it out with out the chains on. I there was a little ice underneath, and I had to get the WD with tire chains on to pull the D17,. ------------- It is great being a disciple of Jesus! 1950 WD, 1957 D17...retired in Iowa, |

Chris, Mike makes a good point about needing chains, My yard is fairly flat but it can be a challenge to move snow if there is ice underneath. Since purchasing the D17, I have got around to purchasing a set of chains. I do have chains for my WD45 with the snap coupler blade with extensions if needed. However, I like using the D17 over the WD45. Tom
