My 1958 D14 industrial has the shuttle on the right-hand side. Does anyone know if I can move it to the left-hand side and if so how to do that? I have only ever seen them on the left-hand side. Thanks!

Are you sure it is a Shuttle. I seen a regular Farm D-14 at an Auction about 10 years ago. I was interested until I seen it was a std. D-14 with a Power Director Lever on R/H side, and a regular D-14 front axle. Had an Ind. Front End Loader and Back Hoe. Spoke with the owner and he confirmed it was not a Shuttle. |

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I'm sure it is a shuttle, not a high-low lever/power director, and it operates as it should. It's definitely an Industrial D14 (SN# D14 17785) because there is no PTO or internal hydraulics, and it has the reinforced heavy-duty front end. See attached pictures.      |

I might be wrong, but I think someone might have stuffed a shuttle into a regular PD housing. IIRR, all you have to do is to flip the shaft over to change lever locations. | @DiyDave: Thank you, hopefully you are right! I definitely will look into it. If it makes a difference, there is also no reverse gear on the shifter, only 1st - 4th. The reason I would like to change the shuttle to the left side is because I would like to add a hay grapple to it, with the hydraulics on the right and the shuttle on the left. |
