anyone know of a place that does rebuilds??? and how much its going to be? stan pump came off allis chalmers 6080

Between $350-$650.

Db2's are simple, plenty of online sources for information on how to disassemble/reassemble these.
Do a little research and save a fortune.
Or ship it to me.
