I think I am going to change my hydraulic 540 to 1000/540. I don't have to split it, just take off the lift arm housing and the cover on the bottom of tractor? What parts do I need to get? Thanks again.

You need the 1000 rpm clutch and the mating drive gear. Also the PTO shaft for the 2 speed.
