Well Thad,,I can sense that you are passionate bout them Hogs turning things around like the glory days of years back,,Well,,I am too,,!! I tend to root for the Razorbacks, the Huskers, the Sooners and the Longhorns, cause they all used to be the powerhouses all other teams hated to play,,, I'm also crazy bout our High School team and their winning ways,ahem,,(used to be) The last head coach had a great record with 8 state Championships, His Father had 8 before him. A couple of years ago,,,There was an unknown incident that caused the head coach to abruptly resign then next day change it to Retire,,, There was a sham nominating committee for a new HC and his Nephew got the job,,,He won one due to program in place and just finished at 5-6 with everybody asking for his head,,,Gonna be interesting how it pans out SO,,, I do feel your pain,,,,,

Hope y'all can find a good coach The Razorbacks were holding their own against LSU for a while tonight but things have gotten our of hand. I would like to see all of our SEC teams be very competitive. The Aggies were looking good against the Dawgs tonight but the Dawgs managed to hold them off at the end. ------------- Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God. |

Well, I guess not last night Thad. Watching the first 20 minutes of play, I was beginning to think the coaching kerfuffle had been corrected. I do hope you get back on track soon though. The razorbacks used to always be among the top running teams. They will get back on track though. ------------- When you find yourself in a hole,PUT DOWN THE SHOVEL!!! |

Hey Thad,,,I'm really feelin for you and ya'ii's predickament,,,,,we are in the same boat in that the "family" that has been HC's at the high school,,for many, many years,,,have reached the end of any football savey they had. Two of the HC's (of the same family) were very sucessful and won many State Championships to be tied for #2 in the nation. Then,,the nephew was elected HC,,(against MY wishes) ,,,,he turned in a 5-6 team this year and nothing lookin good for the next couple of years,,,! He don't believe in Off Season ,,,,,it seems. BOTH of us is gonna have to find us a couple of Tom Osburnes,,that's for sure...
