Has anyone used the Murphy motors rocker arms on a wd. Wondering if its worth it. I know in the automotive field going from 1.5 to 1.6 rockers on a Chevy helps but wasn't sure how the old tractor would perform.

Let's say we both have identical WD engines, except for the fact that mine has a WD45 carburetor, manifold and air cleaner. Your's is 100% a WD carb, manifold and air cleaner. You add the Murphy rocker arms. I'll bet $$$$$ I still have more POWER.

The Murphy rockers don't use bearings at pivot, so very little help + the tolerance is not good enough to put a caged bearing in them.    MACK

I'm a long ways away from an engine bulder.  It seems to me though on something that turns 1800 RPM the standard V8 performance tweeks for 5,000 RPM may not be worth it.

Thanks for the input. Stumbled across them and didn't know if anyone had done a test from stock rockers to them without any other changes.
