WD 45 PTO shaft is stuck to drop box shaft. It looks like the bolt got part way sheared off and is stuck TIGHT! What is the best way to get it to move? Rear bearing is bad.

Hook the PTO shaft to a real load and make it spin loose from the stub shaft. Then , pull it off.
