Was checking my rain gauge and realized it didn't have enough graduations to read in tenths, this one is in eighths WHAT THE HECK!  ------------- Maximum use of available resources! |

C'mon JW, they are just trying to save on paint now. You know, with all this tarriffs on stuff from China etal. Gotta save a penny here, a penny there.... The posers er ah,,,,,powers,,,,that be have been shoving that mm crap down our throats for years now, so this is something else to just drive us nuts.... They made it for North America and since those guys up north of the 49th can't read inches anymore, had to have the other measurement. Probably the guy who designed it never heard of 10's before. EVERYTIME there's an 'amber alert', the kid's height, is , yes FEET and INCHES, weight in pounds.... so much for being metric up here, north of the 49th.... Out here in farm country we still use feet, inches bushels tons, etc When the country went metric they left the country roads still at a mile apart!!
