looking at a 5020 with 2200 hours.  What size 3 point finishing mower would be a good fit for mowing and TRACTOR HP?  What would be an average price for a tractor in fair to good condition?   Any input would be helpful.

It's a 5' tractor.  I pulled my 6' around with mine for a few years.  I paid 2k for mine a few years back and it had less than half the hours you're talking about.  Great little tractor, you just gotta keep the radiator screen cleaned off if you're cutting grass.  It tends to heat up a little if you don't.  If it doesn't come with or has had a belly mower on it and you think you might want to go that way, make sure all of the hardware up front is there to run one.  Electric clutch and belt pulley box.
