is there any difference in a 1970 HD11 11000 engine head and a Fiat Allis 11B 11000 mkII? Will they interchange?

There were several variations on the 11000 heads- best to check casting numbers, not sure what the differences are, though..

the big difference is injectors and whether they were shallow or deep cup pistons. there was different injectors for the 2 types of piston. And they don,t interchange. Fuel pumps also changed along with injector lines. So check both are the same

Are the injector holder themselves different? I just thought the injector tip had to be changed depending on piston type.
