I got a black friday ad in the mail from Dell. One deal I thought was too good to pass up. A new laptop for $200.00. It's only got a celeron processor, but I don't do gaming or any other major processor loading activity. I just come on here and aggravate you all! Anyway it should be a great addition to my collection. I'm not sure if they still have any deals going on, but if you're interested stop by dell.com and check it out.

yeesh $200.... I rememeber my FIRST 'PC' was just north of 10K Canucks...

I can by a 'SOC' ( System On Chip ) micro for less than a buck that essentially replaces the TRS80 I still have in the basement

A friend drops by the other day, hands me THREE laptops says 'have fun....' one cold wintry day, I'll install Windoze and see what they are... Last one(4 years ago) is STILL playing music(WinAmp) in the garage despite the metal grindings all over it !
