This years corn crop is doing good so far dispite all the rain I have had. The ears are filling and lots of three and two ears per stock. I side dressed it with 40 lb per acre at the last cultivating. I have some that is not so good too. )-:
How are your crops coming along?

Yeah...I know what you mean,Mike! And he even has a yellow machine in his back yard now, too! I'm not real sure, but is that an AC industrial loader/backhoe in the one pic under "New Toy"? Maybe Don will fill us in on what he's been up to lately!   Rick

You know it was nice when all you guys where gone to Dale's show. LOL
the golf can is Dad's get around and I thought about a paint job and Dad said to just leave it, He said it will get the AC boys on here going and well it looks like it did. LOL
There's a long story about that "400" John Deere backhoe, The short story is I traded a "70" John Deere loader I had for it. I will trade it for a AC backhoe, It's like the "4020" sitting here looking to be traded for a 190 LPG if there's one out there. hint hint
I have dug 6 tree stumps out with it so far and have two water lines to install before it can go.  I do have three John Deere toys, I need more AC's sitting here!!!!

Mike I buy the John Deere's because they can be had for less money than the AC's
sale for around here.
I don't try getting green they just show up here like a stray cat or dog. LMAO
If it was not so dang HOT outside I'd be working on the new head.

That's not a bad looking backhoe there,Don. I could use something like that around here with the bucket on it. Of course,I have no need for the backhoe part of it though.  I take that it's a diesel, right?  Rick

Thanks Rick, I thought you can appreciate the need to have it sitting here to load and unload toys for the toy box. Yes it's a diesel the first one on my place all the rest are gas or LPG. It's in pretty good shape too. It unloaded that two row head and didn't know it was on there. lol Please tell Mike They have to stay outside so the good stuff gets the barn. lol
