My Dad has a little International Cub Lowboy. The tractor will start and idle just fine but will not accelerate. All the linkages seem to be hooked up. If you pull on the linkage from the governor to the carb to make it run faster the governor will pull it back to idle without hesitation. I have not done much with governors so am looking for advice from the more knowledgable people.
