Looking into deleting the power director and just going to a straight shaft on our 190. From what I’ve gathered so far just get a PTO coupling to install on the shafts. But what about the hydraulics running it. If we delete it will the tractor still be able to have functioning hydraulics. Would rather do the mechanical power director that so many have talked about, but lack of a proper place to tear it down for the needed amount of time kinda throws that out.

You have to split the tractor to do either one I found a gleaner drive coupling that fit perfect if I have to do it again it's going to get the two speed manuelbox I need low 4th back it's a big step from high 3rd to high 4th
