I got the part name and numbers off Michaelstractors.com    Part 23)pulley clutch24)bearing 25)spacer32)armpivot 33)washer34shaft pivot arm    Or 23-34 what ever is easier thanks

Jim, did you try adjusting the gap between magnet plates? It should be about 0.010.
