Do the weights that bolt on the side of the engine have a spacer on the inside of the bolt or not. I am in the mode of buying weights and want to know how they are mounted. Thanks Dave

Dave,
I don't have my parts book handy, but there is a bolt that goes through the front engine plate.  That bolt holds a fitting of larger diameter that the front of the weight slides into this.  I've used a pipe if you can't find the fitting.

Like hubnut says for the front: hex head bolt, lock washer, and spacer.

At the rear: hex head bolt and lockwasher.
