locate the pump on the main transmission , not the hydro. There is an external line and pump. The sender is low pressure and will be at the terminal of about the only wire going to the main transmission beside the speed sensor. It will only go off when one is traveling forward.

Alright found it, now does the transmission feed off a different oil supply from the main hydraulic system? Or does it get it's oil from the Resevoir tank in the back?

The gear transmission is self contained and just coupled to the hydro. It has its own oil and doesn't share any oil with the rest of the combine. It has a check plug on the side and uses a transmission, hydraulic fluid, not red oil and not an 80\90 weight. It has its own pump to supply oil to critical bearings and bushings.

Transmission oil pressure light stays on. Oil level is okay. Disconnected the wire from the sender and still stays on. The wire from the transmission switch to the connection outside the cab not grounded. Lead going into the cab not Grounded...Removed the transmission switch and no continuity. This is a grounding switch Or am I missing something? Thanks. Dale

Transmission has to be spinning to put out the light.

switch is normally open, so ground wire with key switch on if light goes out then wiring and module are ok. maybe sender or screen in transmission restricted.
