Nice picture.  Thanks for posting.  I agree there should be a lot more Gleaners in the country side.  Very good machines.

I saw this the same day I saw a AGCO new products in Farm Journal. Story about all the testing of new combines and all the features on Challenger,Massey, and Fenta but not a thing about Gleaner.

If you're talking about the new "Ideal" global combine that is marketed by Fendt, Challenger, etc., a friend of mine who is my age worked for Agco as an intern, then went on to do design work on the chopper drives on those new machines. I was impressed, to say the least.
But yes...I do wish they would push Gleaner more than they do.

2 big green farmers have changed over to Fendt and Gleaners in the past 2 years in my area.

I've still never seen a Fendt combine in person. Didn't know they had many in America.

NICE pic Steve!  Yep, should be more of them and I agree, they should push more and advertise.

The Fendt combine is not offered in North America.

If AGCO didn't push out small dealers and kept them around as parts/support there would be more Gleaners used. Nobody wants to drive 200 miles for parts. Closest dealer now is over 70 miles for us. Used to be one In Sturgeon Bay and had enough parts on hand to build a combine.

Get them running in tight formation, take a picture, and put it on a shirt. I wear a 2XL. GREAT PICTURE.
