Does clutch pull hard or easy? Sounds like clutch may need tightened.
Use 821 or universal hydraulic oil.      MACK

If I remember correctly we used to run 20 wt. Hydraulic fluid in both the trans and the blade hydraulics on our HD11EP. I am sure about the blade but not positive on trans its been 15 yrs. since the old girls have moved.

Should be similar system to my 7G just smaller. I use a 20wt specified hydraulic oil in the tank on the right side for the hydraulics, then a 10wt. transmission oil very similar to Hytran the old IHC units used. There will be filters and suction screens on your machine either find a service manual or get on the parts pages of MINNPAR to locate these then drain remove and verify they are clean. This destroyed the trans and trans pump on my tractor from being ignored where I had to buy a donor to get working parts.
