Does anyone have any pictures of how to mount unit on WD45. This is a belly mount mower. Thanks for any help.

You mean a side mount?  You have to have the right bracket, that bolts to the side of the tractor...

Does it have a big rectangular frame?  Sounds like an 80S.  Had one once.  Nightmare to get on.  It had a couple of brackets that bolted to the frame rails and a big thing that went on the back where the hitch went.  I don't think I have pictures.  You can get on AGCO parts web site and see the parts book for it.
