What is the difference between a WD and D17 3 point adapter? Needing one for my D17 series 2 but I see more of them for a WD.

probably has to do with mounting and difference in drawbar support/hanger

Depends on the style of adapter. If it's our newstyle, that only fits the WD/WD45 as it uses the drawbar support hangers. If it's the drawbar mounted, there is no difference. If it's the wishbone style, they will interchange, though the D17 is usually a bit longer.
