Looking for a transmission for my HD-5, mine has five forward gears. I also need a muffler and starter solenoid . Needs to be in North Nakota or Minnesota unless you would be willing to ship. Thanks, Matt 218-779-1206
Oh and I still need a 271 detroit for my other HD-5

Still ghave not got to that engine I have , on the starter I changed all mine over to M42 late model starters with a solonoid instead of foot rod and contact switch.
Have a couple of the old style starters around also.
I have parts for a single reverse trany , some gears and such, unsure if i saved the case or not.

Yea I need the case, mine has split along the side it's about a 9" crack, it hammers in first and is hard to get in and out of 3,4,5, sometimes. No hurry on the motor. Thanks

I make reporduction mufflers. They look like the originals and sound good. I get $300.00 plus shipping. This is half of the new price. PM me or send me a email at mailto:mbscott881@frontiernet.net - mbscott881@frontiernet.net if interested.  Matt
