Is their anybody that makes a hardware kit (studs, nuts, and bolts) for the 262 diesel motor?

I can't help on who but was told there is/was a kit that had harder bolts and studs than stock it would be well worth to get those.

My neighbour overhauled his D-19 diesel and after 3 trys got the correct ARP head bolts. I'm sure it will be well worth his wait.
