I just wanted to sure how I paint my rims without having to touch up the paint. 1st I clean and prime the rim and let dry. 2nd I mount the tire and install the tube. http://s161.photobucket.com/user/caallis/media/Rims/IMG_0848_zpsckap9quo.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"> 
3rd I use a 16" coulter and trace it on two pieces of cardboard. Make sure that the valve stem is in the tire not in the pulled though the rim. Repeat step 5 and 6. Excellent idea. I could have used that trick a couple days ago! Now I'm having to touch up scratches. Thank you.
