I was reminded for the tread that appeared a couple of weeks ago about reboring engine cylinders with engine still in the chassis. Saw the add for the "Stormalizing" machine while looking through my Model A (Ford) Album. Tried to up-load a file of the add but haven't figured out how to do so! It was made by Storm Manufacturing in Minneapolis.

Cool, would like to see the ad. The usual problems are file format and size. Hope you get it to work.

My dad and his dad were blacksmiths and machinists. In that era it was common to make single pistons to fix a hole that had gone bad. Oversize the bore and machine a blank piston to fit.
