I want to thank all the guys that responded with text and pictures to my questions about the 6060 PTO clutch. I have made a bunch of new friends. I'll not list them for fear of missing somebody. The problem has to be internal, hopefully the release bearing or sleeve is rusted on the shaft and we will have a simple fix and a new clutch will not be necessary. Young mechanic here in town has just branched out from autos to heavy equipment and is going to take this on as a winter project. I've got all the phone numbers and e-mails lined up for him.

Hey Bill, it's no problem and I'm sure all the rest feel the same way. Some where along in all our lives we've all needed help of some sort and this is just what we're specializing in now. A lot of us can't hit it hard like we used to, but we still have a certain amount of our minds left so we can help the ones coming along behind. Jump right in anytime you feel like it. Most all the guys like pics. and end results.
